
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of goods for an item that is of equal or lesser value than the item purchased.
Returns are available for UPS Ground shipments within the United States only.
Prior to shipping your return, you must first obtain a return materials authorization code, please contact us with your request. We will email you a ready-to-use, password protected shipping label. Simply print the label, apply it to the package, and drop the package at any UPS drop-off location or give it to a UPS driver. All returns must be in the original packaging. We are not responsible for lost items and cannot issue credit for lost items.
If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact us immediately. Any damage must be reported within ten (10) days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period.
